Hey there, I’m Claudia Heredia, and I’m thrilled to share a bit about my journey with you! I started off studying psychology in South America, but life had some surprises in store for me. In 1999, I found myself in the United States, where I pivoted from psychology to nursing. It was in nursing that I discovered a holistic approach to medicine, one that doesn’t just focus on the mind but looks at the whole person.
As life threw its curve balls, creating imbalances, I became determined to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This search led me to the practice of yoga, and let me tell you, it changed my life. Over months of practice, I witnessed profound changes in how I tackled life’s challenges. Yoga became my anchor, empowering me to face circumstances with resilience and find solutions without getting overwhelmed by stress.
Recognizing the incredible impact of yoga, I decided to share its benefits with others. I started as a Bikram Yoga instructor and eventually expanded my expertise to include various forms of yoga, from prenatal yoga to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) through Hot Pilates, chair yoga, and even Thai Massage therapy. I also highlight the significance of proper breathing techniques alongside yoga practice.
My mission is crystal clear: to extend the benefits of yoga and breathing techniques to those who need it the most. I’m here for individuals facing immense pressure and stress, those with limited mobility due to their work or lifestyle, and those looking to regain muscle strength after health setbacks. I firmly believe in the undeniable benefits of yoga and am committed to guiding others on their healing journey.
